Tara Lara is an Arizona Licensed Fiduciary and Enrolled Agent with more than eleven years of experience serving individuals, families, trusts, estates, and vulnerable adults throughout Arizona. Her experience includes trust administration, guardianship and conservatorship matters, financial management, forensic and court accounting, tax matters, and the administration of complex court-supervised cases.

Before founding United Fiduciary Group, LLC, Tara served as Principal Fiduciary and a member of the leadership team at an established Arizona fiduciary firm, following a career that progressed from an administrative role into fiduciary leadership. In addition to administering a broad range of fiduciary matters, she has extensive experience managing the operations of a licensed fiduciary practice, including business operations, financial management, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and client service.

Tara is also an Enrolled Agent (EA), a federally authorized tax professional. Her background in fiduciary and estate-related tax matters enhances her work as a fiduciary, particularly in matters involving trusts, estates, fiduciary income taxes, and coordination with accountants and tax professionals.
As Founder and Principal Fiduciary of United Fiduciary Group, LLC, Tara provides direct oversight of every matter entrusted to the firm. She is committed to providing thoughtful, ethical fiduciary services with integrity, sound judgment, clear communication, and careful financial stewardship, while always acting in the best interests of those she serves.

Tara serves as a Board and committee member for the Arizona Fiduciaries Association and is also a member of the National Guardianship Association.
An Arizona native, Tara lives in Phoenix with her husband, son, and two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys BMX racing with her son, reading, playing music, and studying ballet.
